Oregon tops 2019-20 Pac-12 Preseason Media Poll, Ionescu unanimous Preseason All-Pac-12 pick
For the second consecutive season, media tabbed Oregon as the preseason favorite to win the Pac-12 regular season crown.
The Ducks received 19 first-place votes and 239 points while second-place Stanford collected 219 points and one first-place vote. Oregon State came in third place with UCLA and Arizona rounding out the top five.
The media also selected a five-person Preseason All-Pac-12 team with Oregon senior guard Sabrina Ionescu as the only unanimous selection. Her teammate, forward Ruthy Hebard also made the team. In addition to Ionescu and Hebard, Oregon returns two other starters, forwards Satou Sabally and Erin Boley.
Pac-12 teams begin regular season play on Tuesday, Nov. 5.
