The New York Liberty won the first pick in the WNBA’s draft lottery Tuesday evening. The lottery took place during halftime of game 1 of the semifinals series between the Connecticut Sun and the Los Angeles Sparks. Oregon guard Sabrina Ionescu is the heavy frontrunner to be the first pick in the 2020 WNBA draft.
