Today, the President called University of Connecticut Women’s Basketball head coach Geno Auriemma to congratulate him and his team on their victory in the NCAA Women’s College Basketball National Championship. The President noted that this win was the culmination of an impressive, undefeated year for the team, and he looks forward to welcoming the Huskies back to the White House to congratulate the entire team in person for the fourth year in a row.
