Indiana Fever announces preseason games
The Indiana Fever announced a pair of preseason games prior to the start of their 2016 regular season.
On Sunday, May 1, Indiana will host the Dallas Wings in an afternoon (1:00 p.m. ET) preseason opener for both clubs at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. This will be the first time the Wings will take the floor since relocation from Tulsa last year. It will also serve as a preview of the Fever’s regular season opener on Saturday, May 14, also against the Wings.
For their second preseason game, the Fever will travel to Washington to face the Mystics on Friday, May 6 at 11:30 a.m. ET.
Due to possible conflicts with NBA Playoffs dates in both cities, contingency dates are Monday, May 2 against Dallas, and Thursday, May 5 at Washington. WNBA training camps open Sunday, April 24.
