Cal statement on Gabby Green

As Cal takes on Washington State today, the Bears continue to be without starter and sophomore guard Gabby Green who did not travel with the team last week to face UCLA and USC. The official word from the team on her status:

“Gabby Green is unavailable for personal reasons. Gabby continues to be a positive and committed member of our team and we hope to have her back soon.”

Cal’s current record is 10-9 (1-7 Pac-12). Green is averaging 6.1 points and 4.7 rebounds per game.
