USA Today Coaches Poll for Nov. 17, 2015: UNC drops out, Cal enters at No. 21
Notes
- After two losses to unranked teams over opening weekend, previous No. 20 North Carolina fell out of the USA Today Coaches poll.
- In the biggest rise, Cal jumped into the rankings after claiming two road victories including a win over previous No. 8. Louisville. The Cardinals fell to No. 16 in the biggest drop. The Golden Bears received 28 votes in the preseason coaches poll. Cal entered the Associated Press poll yesterday at the same spot.
- Kentucky rose four spots to No. 13 after defeating previous No. 15 Arizona State. The Sun Devils fell three spots to No. 18.
- Florida State drop seven places to No. 14 after suffering a shocking defeat last night at Florida.
- Oklahoma fell six spots, from No. 18 to a tie for No. 24 with Princeton after getting defeated at home by North Texas Monday night.
- UConn remained the unanimous No. 1.
