Video: DeWanna Bonner’s buzzer-beating trey in OT

Phoenix Mercury forward DeWanna Bonner scored the game-winning shot, a three-pointer at the overtime buzzer to give her team a victory over the Tulsa Shock, 87-84, Tuesday night at US Airways Center.

Bonner on the shot:

“That was great defense—she was actually right there in my face. Like I said, I just wanted to get a shot up. Thank goodness it went in so we didn’t have to go into double overtime because I was tired. But it was a great game.”
