USA Today coaches poll for Dec. 16, 2014: No changes in top 11, St. John’s enters
With exams in the past two weeks, many teams had long breaks from play. Consequently, there was very little movement in the coaches’ poll. With two losses in the past week and a half, Cal experienced the steepest drop landing at No. 23 from No. 17. DePaul dropped out of the poll while St. John’s entered at the bottom spot.
Team records through Monday are in parentheses. Total points are based on 25 points for first place through one point for 25th, ranking in last week’s poll and first-place votes received. One ballot is missing. Katie Abraham-Henderson of Albany did not get her ballot in by the voting deadline.
