Baylor tops Big 12 Conference women’s basketball preseason poll

Big 12 Conference women’s basketball  coaches voted to rank teams in the league’s 2011-12 preseason poll. Baylor is on top, receiving nine first place votes while reigning national champion Texas A&M came in second with one first place vote. Coaches cannot vote for their own team so Baylor received all possible first place votes.
