Tough times at MTSU

Mechelle Voepel describes a team going through some achingly tough times since the Wednesday night murder of teammate Tina Stewart.

The alleged killer is claiming self-defense.

Many miles away, Yakima Valley Community College basketball players are going through the same thing, as one of their teammates was killed in a car accident Monday. They have also decided to play in their conference tournament, which begins for them tomorrow.
